2. GRIND — Pressure, Resistance & Composure Workshop

Description: GRIND is where training gets real. This event introduces resistance, controlled pressure, and scenario-based drills designed for adults who want to get better — without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll learn how to stay calm, think clearly, and apply technique when it counts.

Expect judo-specific circuits, partner-based drills, and short, focused bursts of effort that build real stamina on the mat.

You’ll rotate through throwing rounds, resistance drills, two-partner uchi-komis, grip-pressure challenges, and controlled randori bursts — all designed to test your composure, not your ego.

Perfect for: anyone who wants to move beyond theory and start using their judo.
