What it is

The GGG Training Experience is a 2-month program built around three live dojo events, each one testing a different side of you:

GRIP – learn control
GRIND – handle pressure
GLORY – earn pride

No titles. Just training that builds real skill, strength, and composure.

The structure

Each GGG cycle runs over eight weeks, with one event roughly every three weeks.
Between events, you’ll get short drills and mindset cues to keep you sharp and consistent.

GRIP — Learn and Connect

Rebuild your foundation: grip work, balance, posture, awareness.
Finish with a clear takeaway you can apply the same week.

GRIND — Test and Build

Push your limits.
Circuits, randori, and pressure drills that train focus under fatigue.
Walk out sharper, not just stronger.

GLORY — Reflect and Rise

Friendly bouts, good energy, honest effort.
A chance to see how far you’ve come and what’s next.

Why it matters

Most adults (16+) don’t need another tournament.
They need training that means something again, something that measures effort, not ego.

The GGG Training Experience gives you a simple system to test yourself, stay consistent, and feel real progress every time you step on the mat.

When it starts

The first 2-month experience begins January 2026 in Horsforth.
Limited to 20 places per cycle.
