Refund and Returns Policy

We believe in the value of our programs and products — and we stand by what we offer. That said, here’s the deal:

1. Digital Programs & Challenges

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you are unsure whether a program is right for you, email us at connect@gripgrindglory.com before purchasing.

2. Physical Products (Apparel, Gear)

If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong size/product:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving it

  • Provide a photo of the issue

  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund (your choice)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or worn items.

3. Events

Refund policies for events will be specified on the individual event page. In general:

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled

  • You may be allowed to transfer your ticket if you notify us in advance
